While LYNC Mediation Global is designed to fill a special niche in Business and Human Rights (BHR)–related disputes, part of our mission is dedicated to providing individuals and small businesses, especially in the Southern California counties, with a more efficient, accessible, and culturally responsive mediation and advisory services on a diverse range of issues including but not limited to family, property, business, and workplace-related disputes.

Our Founder has strong bilingual competency and cross-cultural ties to Vietnamese-speaking communities in the United States—this creates a unique opportunity for us to lay the foundation for a strategic reach from local to international markets, where meaningful access to remedy for all stakeholders with limited resources can be realized beyond borders.
