Pam Ly, Esq.
Founder and Mediator
Pam Ly is an attorney licensed in New York and Washington, D.C., and a proud California native with nearly 20 years of experience serving in various capacities within the legal profession across both public and private sectors. She is the founder of LYNC Mediation Global, an advisory and mediation firm committed to restoring peace and preserving partnerships through socially responsible business practices and inclusive dispute resolution.
Pam founded LYNC Mediation Global out of a deep calling to serve—helping businesses and communities navigate conflict through advisory support and mediation services that foster trust, integrity, and long-term cooperation.
Prior to launching the business, Pam worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in its Office of International Affairs, where she facilitated bilateral engagement with foreign regulators and contributed to global regulatory cooperation and intelligence sharing. She also served as a staff attorney in FINRA’s Office of Dispute Resolution Services, managing arbitration cases for the largest securities dispute resolution forum in the United States. Her professional experience spans institutions such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Trade Representative, Qualcomm, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Morrison & Foerster LLP, across diverse practice areas including intellectual property, international trade, securities regulation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Pam is deeply committed to social responsibility and business integrity, as reflected in her ongoing pro bono work in the fields of corporate sustainability and business and human rights (BHR), including collaborations with international lawyers and BHR experts on global supply chain and access to remedy initiatives. Her diverse background and strong stakeholder relations through her international travels reflect her lifelong commitment to peace, justice, education, and global impact.
Outside of work, Pam expresses her creativity through Pam Ly Designs, a jewelry redesign business that celebrates and extends the beauty of fine heirloom jewelry while honoring her family’s immigrant roots and humble beginnings as refugees and small business owners, established in 1983 following their resettlement after the Vietnam War, which continues to thrive today.
In her personal time, Pam is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), traveler, and outdoor enthusiast, continually seeking new ways to connect mind, body, community, and purpose.
