Pam Ly, Esq.
Founder and Mediator
Pam Ly is an attorney licensed in New York and Washington, D.C. and a California native with extensive background in the legal profession. Pam founded LYNC Mediation Global with a calling for service by way of advisory and mediation offerings that help restore peace and preserve partnerships—professionally in business and otherwise.
Prior to this role, Pam worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Office of International Affairs, where she helped facilitate bilateral engagement with foreign regulators through international cooperation and information-sharing of regulatory intelligence and global regulatory developments impacting firms, markets, and investors. Pam also served as a staff attorney for FINRA’s Office of Dispute Resolution Services, where she managed arbitration cases for the largest securities dispute resolution forum in the United States. Her nearly 20-year experience in different capacities supporting the legal profession exposed her to both the public and private sectors—U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Trade Representative, Qualcomm, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Morrison & Foerster LLP—which spanned across several practice areas, including intellectual property, international trade, securities regulation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Pam is highly committed to social responsibility and business integrity through her pro bono work in the corporate sustainability and business and human rights (BHR) field. Pam is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator, Gemologist, active member of the ABA Business Law and Dispute Resolution Sections, ABA Business Law Fellow (2024-2026), and an independent contributor on global supply chain and access to remedy/dispute resolution initiatives alongside international lawyers and BHR experts in the United States and beyond.
During her leisure, Pam expresses her creativity through her jewelry redesign business, Pam Ly Designs, by celebrating and extending the beauty of fine heirloom jewelry while treading lightly on the earth’s resources—a show of deep appreciation for her family’s legacy and humble beginnings as post-Vietnam War immigrants whose small jewelry business established since 1983 has continued to thrive today.
Pam received her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in International Multicultural Education at the University of San Francisco in California. She later obtained her juris doctor degree at the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. to further her career and mission to contribute to a more just, sustainable, and responsible global society. In her personal time, Pam is a dedicated registered yogi (RYT) and enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors.
