Pam Ly, esq.

Founder and Mediator

Pam Ly is an attorney licensed in New York and Washington, D.C. and a proud California native with 20+ years of experience serving in various capacities within the legal profession across both public and private sectors. She is the founder of LYNC Mediation Global, an advisory and mediation firm committed to restoring peace and preserving partnerships through socially responsible business practices and inclusive dispute resolution.

Pam founded LYNC Mediation Global out of a deep calling to serve—helping businesses and communities navigate conflict through advisory support and mediation services that foster trust, integrity, and mutual cooperation.

Prior to launching the business, Pam’s professional experience spans institutions such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Trade Representative, Qualcomm, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Morrison & Foerster LLP and across diverse legal practice areas including intellectual property, international trade, securities regulation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Pam is deeply committed to social responsibility and business integrity, as reflected in her ongoing pro bono work in the fields of corporate sustainability and business and human rights (BHR), including collaborations with international lawyers and BHR experts on global supply chain and access to remedy initiatives. Her diverse background and strong relationships through her international travels, from the jungles of the Amazon rainforest and mountain peaks of Nepal to international meeting hubs of Switzerland and Hong Kong, reflect her lifelong commitment to peace, access, and global impact.

Outside of work, Pam expresses her creativity through Pam Ly Designs, a jewelry redesign business/hobby that celebrates and extends the beauty of fine heirloom jewelry while honoring her family’s immigrant roots and humble beginnings as small business owners, established in 1983 following their resettlement in the United States after the Vietnam War, which continues to thrive today.

In her personal time, Pam is a trained yogi (RYT-200), traveler, and outdoor enthusiast, continually seeking new ways to connect mind, body, community, and purpose.
