We offer consultations designed to advise sole proprietors and small companies on business issues using global standards in corporate sustainability and guiding principles on responsible business conduct.

Integrating principles of corporate social responsibility during entity formation is a valuable investment and opportunity to grow sustainably, reduce legal and financial risks, build a brand grounded in trust and integrity, and enhance stakeholder relationships.

Hourly rate: $300

We provide conflict coaching designed to promote early dispute resolution and conflict management solutions.

We help individuals handle difficult interpersonal situations more effectively and strategically. In this role, we focus on the individual's perspective and growth when preparing for tough conversations relating to workplace issues, relationship challenges, leadership and management situations, etc.

Hourly rate: $300

Flat rates are available for a half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day (up to 8 hours) session for cases that require significant time commitment.

This service includes: a 30-minute pre-mediation call with each party separately, case review, preparation time, mediation session, and post-mediation follow-up.

Any contact with the parties between sessions, either in private caucus or jointly, are billable time at an hourly rate and on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that unexpected events may arise.

Cancellation or rescheduling notice must be made in writing at least 30 days before the mediation and with the agreement of all parties and counsel for a full refund of the fees. If a mediation is cancelled with fewer than 30 days’ notice, then 50% of the mediation fees will be refunded.

Parties typically split the costs equally but can agree otherwise.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve the mediation date.

All mediation fees, including all other incurred costs, must be received at least 30 days prior to the mediation date.

Upon receipt of booking confirmation, parties will receive an e-mail with information regarding our engagement letter, mediation agreement, and other relevant forms and resources for ease of preparation.
