Rates & Policies

Flat rates are available for a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) session for cases that require significant time commitment.

For a 4-hour session, including preparation and follow-up, the price depends on case complexity, duration, session format, location, number of parties, and type of mediation. This amount is split among the parties or allocated as negotiated.

Any contact with the Parties between sessions, either in private caucus or jointly, are billable time at an hourly rate based on case complexity, duration, session format, location, number of parties, and type of mediation. Please contact us for more information.

For general advisory or conflict coaching services, you can schedule through our online booking system.

We understand that unexpected events may arise.

Cancellation or rescheduling notice must be made in writing at least 30 days before the mediation and with the agreement of all parties and counsel for a full refund of the fees. If a mediation is cancelled with fewer than 30 days’ notice, then 50% of the mediation fees will be refunded.

Parties typically split the costs equally but can agree otherwise.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve the mediation date. The deposit payment can be made using our online booking system.

All mediation fees, including all other incurred costs, must be received at least 30 days prior to the mediation date.

Upon receipt of booking confirmation, parties will receive an e-mail with information regarding our engagement letter, mediation agreement, and other relevant forms and resources for ease of preparation.
