Hourly rates range between USD $200-$300+ per party and can vary widely depending on case complexity, duration, session format, location, number of parties, and type of mediation.
For non-legal business advisory services, the hourly rate is USD $200 per client.

Block rates are available for a half-day or full-day session for cases that require significant time commitment.
For a 4-hour session, including preparation and follow-up, the price can range from $1,500-2,500+, depending on case complexity, duration, session format, location, number of parties, and type of mediation. This amount is split among the parties or allocated as negotiated.

We understand that unexpected events may arise. Rescheduling is permitted once at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 7 business days in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests may be subject to payment of the administrative fee.
The following outlines our terms regarding cancellation of a mediation session.
More than 7 business days: Administrative fee
Within 7 business days: 25% of the scheduled fee
Within 48 hours: 50% of the scheduled fee
Within 24 hours or no show: 100% of the scheduled fee
Cancellation or rescheduling notice must be made in writing via e-mail and with the agreement of all parties and counsel.

Parties typically split the costs equally but can agree otherwise, and additional fees like administrative, preparation, or travel costs may apply.
A refundable deposit in the amount of $250 and the administrative fee are required prior to commencement of the mediation.
Invoices will be delivered via email to each party or (the party’s lawyer) upon conclusion of the mediation.
Payment shall be due within 10 calendar days of receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made by credit card or ACH, via our website.
Payment of the mediation fees, including all other incurred costs, is due regardless of whether the matter is settled or not.

Upon receipt of booking confirmation, a LYNC mediator will send an e-mail to the parties with information regarding our engagement letter, mediation agreement, and other relevant forms and resources for ease of preparation.
