Giving back to communities
Volunteering as a mediator is not just about resolving conflicts; it is about providing access to remedy and fostering empathy, understanding, and collaboration. This can have a lasting impact on individuals, families, workplaces, and communities, and it creates an even more rewarding experience for the mediator. At LYNC Mediation Global, we deeply value continuing personal, professional, and societal growth. Mediation is an impactful way to give back to communities, while also developing valuable skills and contributing to conflict resolution that help restore peace and preserve lasting partnerships.
Organizations we serve
-

In her capacity as a Lead Mediator, Pam works closely with the organization to assist parties involved in small claims disputes.
-
The Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Peer Mediation Program provides training sessions in high-risk, low-income neighborhoods.
With strong belief in the power of mediation, Pam is committed to teach elementary school children how to develop foundational skills in mediation to solve problems at their schools.
-
Mediators Beyond Borders International’s (MBBI) mission is to build mediation and peacebuilding skills in local communities worldwide and to collaborate with a global network of local practitioners working to build a more peace “able” world.
Pam proudly contributes to MBBI’s work through its peer mediation program and UN Private Sector Partnerships for Peacebuilding and UN SDG projects.
