While LYNC Mediation Global is designed to fill a special niche in business and human rights (BHR)–related disputes, part of our mission is dedicated to providing individuals and businesses with a more efficient, accessible, and culturally responsive mediation and advisory services, particularly in jewelry and Vietnam-related disputes.
Our founder is a certified gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and has strong bilingual competency and cross-cultural ties to Vietnamese-speaking communities in the United States and globally. This creates a unique opportunity for us to lay the foundation for a strategic reach from local to international markets, and where meaningful access to remedy for all stakeholders with limited resources can be realized beyond borders.
