While LYNC Mediation Global is designed to fill a special niche in Business and Human Rights (BHR)–related disputes, part of our mission is also dedicated to providing individuals and small businesses, especially in the Southern California counties, with a more efficient, accessible, and culturally responsive mediation and advisory services.

Our Founder has been involved in the jewelry industry for decades and is a certified gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America as well as a strong bilingual competency and cross-cultural ties to Vietnamese-speaking communities in the United States—this creates a unique opportunity for us to lay the foundation for a strategic reach from local to international markets, where meaningful access to remedy for all stakeholders with limited resources can be realized beyond borders.

Naturally, LYNC Mediation Global is interested in providing mediation services on jewelry industry-related disputes as well as fostering partnerships with institutions in the Asia Pacific region.
